We want you to love your leather goods, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused, non-personalized items. Please note that products featuring custom monograms or personalizations are considered final sale.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Print the Shipping Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and gift boxes, to ensure they remain protected during transit.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
